What is included, and what you commit to

  • Three-month minimum on fractional engagements, to give the results time to land.
  • The first month carries no commitment: it is the trial period.
  • Replacement within 7 days: if the leader withdraws or the fit is not right, we put forward an equivalent profile and handle the replacement.
  • On interim management, a ten working day trial period with a termination clause.
  • One invoice, one point of contact, a dedicated Squad Manager.

What does a fractional CMO cost in Europe?

€1,000 to €1,500 a day depending on seniority and scope. On a scoped engagement of one to three days a week, that is from €4,000 a month, roughly half the annual cost of a permanent hire once recruitment and employer charges are counted.

Does a fractional CSO cost more than a fractional CMO?

No. The grid is the same, €1,000 to €1,500 a day. The price follows seniority and scope, not the function. A revenue leader, a CRO or a Head of Growth sit in the same band.

What is the price difference between fractional and interim management?

Fractional is shared time, €1,000 to €1,500 a day across one to three days a week. Interim management is full-time on a bounded mission, €1,000 to €2,500 a day, so €15,000 to €25,000 a month all in. Interim costs more per month, but it gives you a daily presence.

How is the executive search fee calculated?

20% to 25% of the gross annual package of the leader hired. The percentage follows the level of the role and the difficulty of the search. It is a different model from fractional and interim, which are billed by the day.

Is there a minimum commitment?

What happens if the leader is not the right fit?

We put forward an equivalent profile and handle the replacement within 7 days, whether the leader withdrew or the fit was not right.
